“TILL Industrial Gabrovo” EOOD signed a contract with the Ministry of Economy, Managing Authority of OP “Innovation and Competitiveness” for the implementation of the OPIC 2014-2020 project.
Project BG16RFOP002-2.001-0868-C01/09.02.2016 “Improving the production capacity of TILL Industrial Gabrovo EOOD” is financed by the Operational Program “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
This project proposal is aimed at expanding the company’s activities by expanding the technological park of “TILL Industrial Gabrovo” EOOD.
The aim of the project is to increase the competitive advantages and expand the market positions of “TILL Industrial Gabrovo” EOOD, by improving the production capacity and increasing the export potential of the company.
With the project, the company aims to implement new technologies to improve the production process, increase its productivity and reduce production costs, by improving the quality of the final product and optimizing the organization of the production process. The company’s goal is to strengthen its positions in foreign markets by purchasing the new equipment, while at the same time increasing the share of manufacturing hoists and spare parts for them and for the domestic market. With the new equipment, it will be possible to introduce the production of parts – reduction groups, designed to drive: cranes, crane trolleys; crane head beams; hoists with reduced construction height; conveyor belts; roller conveyors and other lifting and transport equipment. An additional effect will be the reduction in the cost of products, part of the portfolio at the moment, reducing production waste and shortening the time for manufacturing a part. The expected results in the medium term (three years after the end of the project) are:
- Increasing the volume of manufactured products;
- Increase in labor productivity by 16%;
- Increase in export revenues by 25% compared to 2014
- Improve the quality and increase in the volume of manufactured products;
- Renovation of the company’s production facilities;
- Expansion of the company’s activities due to an increase in the production capacity of the enterprise
- Reduction of production costs, increase in sales revenues.
The total budget of the project amounts to 714,000.00 BGN / 365 000.00 €, with the grant co-financing from the OP “Innovation and Competitiveness” amounting to 499,800.10 BGN or 70% of the total eligible costs of the project. The remaining funds will be provided by the beneficiary.
